Our graduate students majoring in CXM had the great opportunity to visit EY Wavespace, where they attended a series of enlighting lectures on Management Consulting, Design Thinking, Service Design, Customer Experience, and participated in a lively CX design workshop that was based on real cases. This once-in-a-lifetime enormous experience was organized and delivered thanks to our amazing EY hosts:
Our visit at EY wavespace ended in the evening… Our student stars profited a unique and invaluable experience and we made a mutual promise — for the MSM collaboration with EY to continue and become deeper, stronger and multifaceted.
