Experiential exercises for “Team Building with Mindful Awareness.” All under the instruction of Despina Yannouli who we thank much! Despina is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Teacher Trainer and Supervisor. She’s served as Senior Executive in some of the top Fortune 500 FMCGs.
Through the competitive exercises we discovered a lot of talent among our new graduate students, e.g., aeronautical, creative, art-painting, competitive, and presentation skills, to just mention a few…
It’s certainly going to be an incredible class! Welcome MSM-22!

OUR ANNUAL SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE
We visited the impressive and historic Osios Loukas Holy Monastery at the western slopes of Mount Helikon, Steiri of Phokis. The MSM worshipers prayed and admired the Katholikon of the monastery, its old cells, the Crypt of Agia Varvara and the Tomb of Osios Loukas. With this spiritual uplift, we concluded the orientation weekend and returned back to Athens, wishing everyone to get a great academic start!
