For the 7th consecutive year, the Workshop-Institution of MSM – Master in Services Management, Athens University of Economics & Business was held, which is the last test of our students of the CXM (Customer Experience Management) specialization. As part of the course “Designing Customer Experiences and Journey”, our stars created buyer personas and designed corresponding Customer Journey Maps for each persona. Thus, another series of highly trained CX executives, with specialized postgraduate training, is ready to offer their knowledge and skills at the service of businesses, organizations, the national economy and society.
