DR. STAVROS KAPERONIS

Dr. Stavros Kaperonis works as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Media, Communication, and Culture at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens, Greece. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor (407) at Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He holds a BSc (Hons) from the School of Science and Technology, Department of Natural Sciences (HOU), an MSc in Services Management from the Department of Business Administration at Athens University of Economics and Business, and a Ph.D. in web aesthetics and usability from the Department of Public Administration at Panteion University in Athens, Greece.

Dr. Kaperonis has participated in numerous research projects and has been teaching undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Media, Communication, and Design in Greece since 2015. He has been invited to give guest lectures in Italy and China. His main research interests include UX, CX, UI, HCI, e-aesthetics, e-atmospherics, communication management, design and communication strategy, web design, brand design, visual identity, social media, AI/AR/VR/XR/MR environments, video storytelling, new media tools, data visualization, strategic information systems planning, services customization, business process modeling, and management. His research work has been published in conferences, journals, and edited book chapters.

JIORGIS KRITSOTAKIS

Accenture

Dr Jiorgis Kritsotakis is a Managing Director with Accenture Greece. He leads Accenture’s Natural Resources practice as well as the Health & Public Sector. Jiorgis has over 20 years of international experience in strategy, digital and organizational consulting. His industry specialization centers on the Energy and SOE transformation verticals.

Prior to joining Accenture, Jiorgis undertook consulting projects for both the private and the public sector. He has also lectured on strategy and innovation at the School of Management of the University of St Andrews, as well as in leading Greek Higher Education Institutions.

When not working, he enjoys playing golf, tennis and listening to verismo opera.

ALEXANDROS VEROS

CX Manager | Customer & Applied Design at Deloitte

Alexandros Veros is a Manager in Deloitte’s Management Consulting practice, specializing in Strategy and Customer Experience services. His business exposure has equipped Alexandros, with the ability to understand consumer dynamics, disruptive technologies, and stakeholders’ demands, across the hospitality, retail and TMT industry verticals. Alexandros, is particularly focused on finding practical and actionable solutions to deliver value. He is also practiced at leveraging insights and innovation to re-imagine experiences and organizations. Prior to joining Deloitte, Alexandros was a manager at KPMG’s CX practice. In the past, Alexandros undertook an entrepreneurial journey and during his academic endeavors, he obtained a B.B.A. and two M.Sc. degrees in the fields of service management and territorial / sustainable development.

MORATIS GEORGE

George Moratis holds a Ph.D. from Athens University of Economics and Business and an M.Sc. in Finance and Investments from Rotterdam School of Management. He has served as a postdoctoral fellow and adjunct lecturer in BSc and MSc programs at Athens University of Economics and Business. He has multiple years of experience as a financial services consultant, with expertise in areas such as risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial market analysis.

His research interests lie in the field of corporate finance, risk management and banking. He has published his work in international peer reviewed academic journals such as Journal of Financial Stability and Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions & Money.
